Amazing service. If you use state insurance med rides I promise this is 1,000 times better than Transportation Plus. Always on time whenever you’re ready, extremely communicative (phone doesn’t even ring when you call that’s how fast they answer), and almost all the drivers are great and on the off chance they’re not you can always review them because they text you asking how your ride was every time. I am writing a thousand kudos to Hassan Abdi. This Blue & White driver picked me up from the hospital. I came by paramedics 15 hours while barefoot and pjs. I was SO pleasantly surprised by the quality of this taxi company that I immediately raved to all my friends about them. I will definitely use them again whenever I need a cab in the future. I specifically ordered a taxi from them because my trip was a little complicated: I needed to pick my toddler son up from his school on the way to the airport for an international flight and thus needed a car seat for him, in addition to plenty of space for 2 suitcases, a large backpack, and a stroller. Scheduling a ride in advance was easy. They did initially send a cab on the wrong day, but because I received a text message in advance about the eta of my driver, I was able to immediately cancel per text. I was not charged for this scheduling mishap and it was easy to reschedule. I was picked up in a wheelchair-accesible van with tons of space for luggage, the driver (I believe his name was Mohamed) helped me load all my luggage in, we stopped at my son's school to pick him up without any issues, the driver installed the car seat by the time we came out of the school, he asked about the temperature and made pleasant, intelligent conversation, and the ride was very reasonably priced. The driver also unloaded all our luggage and made sure my son and I were set to go before taking off. The whole experience was a 10/10.
